By booking with CHAULUX, you acknowledge and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which outline the standards of our white glove service. To keep our service seamless, we’ve outlined a few simple terms:
Bookings:
All rides booked through our website, via email or phone are subject to availability.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is secured.
Payment is required before service. All corporate accounts are invoiced at the beginning of each month.
Tolls, parking, waiting time and additionally required cleaning fees may apply.
Waiting time:
Airport pickups: 45 minutes (domestic), 60 minutes (international)
Other pickups: 10 minutes before extra time billed in 15-minute increments.
Cancellations:
Cancel 24+ hours in advance → Full refund.
Cancelwithin 24 hours → 50% charges.
Cancel within 2 hours / no-show → Full charge applies.
Passenger Comfort & Safety
No smoking or illegal substances in vehicles.
Seatbelts are always required.
Courteous behavior is expected; unsafe conduct may end the ride without refund.
