These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of chauffeur and transportation services (“Services”) by Chaulux (“Company,”). By booking or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Reservations

Reservations may be made online, by phone, or via email.

All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

A confirmation email or written receipt will be provided upon acceptance of your booking. 

The Company reserves the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

2. Rates & Payment


Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle type, duration, and location.

Payment must be made in full before the commencement of service, unless a corporate account or prior credit terms have been approved.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved corporate billing.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, cleaning fees, or damage to the vehicle.

3. Cancellations & Refunds


Cancellations made more than 24 hours before service will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may be subject to a 50% charge.

No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled pick-up are non-refundable.

For special events (weddings, proms, corporate bookings), deposits are non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time & Delays


Waiting Time: Limited complimentary waiting time, after which waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments. 

Airport transfers: 45 minutes after landing (domestic), 60 minutes (international).

Other pick-ups: 10 minutes after scheduled time.

Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Passenger Conduct


We strive to keep our cars safe and clean for ALL our clients and restrict the following: 

No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is permitted in vehicles.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and agreed upon at booking.

Passengers must always wear seatbelts.

Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward chauffeurs or vehicles will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Liability & Responsibility 


The Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed appointments, or consequential damages arising from service delays.

The Company limits maximum liability to the cost of the service booked.

Personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk. Chaulux is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

7. Special Requests 


Requests for specific chauffeurs, amenities, or vehicle features will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

Any pre-arranged amenities packages (champagne, flowers, etc.) must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and will incur additional charges.

8. Safety & Compliance 


All chauffeurs are licensed and trained professionals.

Vehicles are fully insured, inspected, and maintained to the highest standards.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behavior endangers safety, breaches law or violates these Terms.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality 


All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Chauffeurs are trained to provide discreet service.

We comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

10. Amendments 


We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and apply immediately to all future bookings.

11. Governing Law 


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas unless otherwise agreed.
